I started working with Paul as at 44 yrs and a mother of 3, I had recently gonethrough early menopause, I had a sore lower back and shoulder and I was finding I was not strong enough to get the most out of my horse riding lessons. His sessions are structured with a steady progression, and due to his expertise he will adapt themif I need to be stretched or if I have any strains. The variety and the clear improvements I am making keep me really motivated - when I started I could do one full press-up but can now do 10, I started by deadlifting 40kg but can now lift 110kg, which I never thought was possible. I no longer have asore back or shoulder, I feel stronger, I sleep better, my mood has improved and asan added benefit have lost weight and am more toned - as a result I would highly recommend working with Paul if you can!
